However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to making things right in the event of a problem.
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Please double-check product details, compatibility, and specifications before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or proves to be defective, we’re here to help. We will gladly exchange it for the same or equivalent item.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
Keep all original packaging and accessories.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible. Ryan’s Sewing & Vacuum covers all shipping costs related to damaged or defective merchandise.
If your product is delivered by freight, inspect it before signing the delivery receipt:
If the item is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
If damage is found after delivery is accepted, please contact us immediately — but note that you may be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
