How Long is the Turn-Around time?

We do our best to keep a one week Turn-Around. However, due to things such as holidays and busy seasons it may reach up to two weeks. Machine Repair Turn-Around is dependent on the availability of any parts needed for the repair. We offer free estimates, in which we would provide this information. Feel free to call us at any time to confirm or check our Turn-Around. We also do a rush fee if you need it quickly, but again this is part dependent. For more information on this feel free to call us.

How much for an Estimate?

We offer Free Estimates on all Vacuums, and we charge a $35 Non-Refundable Deposit on carpet shampooers.

What should I bring?

When bringing your vacuum in, you want to make sure to bring in the unit and anything that you believe may be having an issue. For example, if you think your powerhead might be the issue make sure to bring that in.
