We will always do a free estimate (except for vacuums with water), in which we will call you and let you know what your machine needs before proceeding. We then have various price points we charge depending on the machine or type of machine. The price of the service may depend on if any additional parts are needed. However, our service fee will cover the labor cost so you only pay for the parts. For Small Mechanical Machines Service Fee will be $79.99, Small Computerized Machines will be $89.99, Medium Computerized Machines will be $99.99. For large and top off the line machines will be $149.99. For Specialty Embroidery only machines such as multi needles the price will range from $89.99 - $249.99. For Vacuums we charge between $49.99 - $69.99 which will cover labor but no parts. Special Carpet machines or vacuums that contain a water element will need to pay a $25 fee for an estimate. Yes we do sell parts for some sewing machines. We are official Baby Lock, Brother, Juki, and Bernina Dealers and are able to order parts directly from the manufacturer as long as they are still available. We do sell used machines, and they will be under our Ryan's one year guarantee. That will cover any manufacturing defects, it does not however cover any damage caused by use, or any wear and tear items. We do not buy used or do consignment. However, we do take trade-ins if you are looking to upgrade to a newer machine.
